CF Rollover Wizard is a program that allows you to create a rollover or link effect in about a minute (depending on your typing speed). With this program, you do not need to know what Javascript is, and you dont need anything but the very basic of HTML.
A friendly user-interface allows quick copying and pasting of the generated code onto your webpage, or if you dont want to copy and paste, you can just save the rollover as an HTML page. Included is an interactive tutorial that helps you create a rollover or link effect as you do it yourself. You will never need to go back to writing rollovers from scratch again and consuming valuable time.
New additions in version 2.2 include things like loading and saving, timed rollovers that allow you to create animation effects, more link effects, quick-tips, and more!
