This program is a small utility that displays the hexadecimal, decimal and RGB values of a color and can perform conversions between each format. It allows selecting colors and copying values directly from the taskbar icon.

Added the decimal BGR color code used by many Windows applications.
Now you can select colors and copy color codes straight from the taskbar icon menu.
New options: Always on top, Start with Windows, Auto-copy decimal color.
If the program is already active and its launched again, the running copy is activated instead of launching a new copy.
