Kana StartDelay is an application which can be used to delay a start process of any file. If you click the shortcut created by Start Delay, it reads the setting file, then setup the delay.
After the time for the delay is passed, the program associated with the delay is launched, the Start Delay terminates. So, the Start Delay program will not stay running after the delay time is passed.
