Total Organizer is a Personal Information Manager, so, as you can expect you can
store contacts, notes, to-dos in it. But, what is different is that:
everything is organized into categories ("folders") - as a hierarchical tree.
each item (be it a note,task,contact etc) may belong to _several_ folders. This is known as "Tags"
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tags). Additionally, those "tags" may be hierarchical (tree view), thats why, in the "Total Organizer", they are called "folders" not "tags".
if youre in the "parent" folder, you can see the contents of this folder and its all subfolders.
