Small, freeware, full-featured scheduler, that can launch applications and open documents at specified time or with specified frequency. Can be started as a system service or as a regular standalone application.
This is a UNIX Cron ported to Windows. It is not resource demanding, and it can run even on very older PCs without any noticeable performance degradation. The developers claim they have never seen its service to allocate more than 150kb of operative memory.
